How old do you have to be to drive the jet ski?
You may be 18 or older to drive.
What do I need to bring to my reservation?
You must provide a passport, ID or drivers license.
If I cancel can I get a refund?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of reservation time for a full refund.
It is important to keep in mind that we do not refund if you are late to your reservation or if you’re a no show. Please contact us before if you have any problems before your reservation as we are very flexible.
Is there a maximum weight limit per jet ski?
Yes, to keep customers safe the maximum weight limit for 2 customers is 350 pounds.
What is the minimum age to be a passenger on a jet ski?
The minimum age is 6 years old.
Can I reschedule due to bad weather?
In the case there is bad weather, we offer rescheduling or a refund.
Are we provided life jackets?
Yes, we have all sizes available.
How early should I arrive for my reservation?
You should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation. this allows you enough time to complete all necessary paperwork.
Do I need a boaters license to rent jet ski?
If you will be driving the jet skis, you are required to obtain a temporary boaters license. We will provide you the link to do the boaters license test. It is 25 questions & a price of $9.99. This temporary boaters license is valid for 90 days.
